Angela Austman is an associate of the firm. Her practise is focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance of both public and private entities principally in the resource sector. Ms. Austman has advised clients on a wide range of transactions, including private equity and venture capital financings, public offerings, private placements, take-over bids, plan of arrangements, stock exchange listings, property acquisitions and joint ventures. She also routinely assists clients in securities compliance and corporate governance matters.
Ms. Austman received her LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 2001 and was admitted to the Bar of British Columbia in 2002.
