Gillian Case is a lawyer with the firm and has been practicing corporate and securities law for more than 15 years. Her practice is focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions of primarily public entities, the formation and securities offerings of investment funds, private equity transactions and registration and securities compliance matters.
Ms. Case obtained a commerce degree from Queen’s University (B.Com 1988) and a law degree from Dalhousie University (LL.B. 1991). She was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1992.
