Mr. Beeby is a partner of the firm and has experience advising clients with respect to a wide variety of corporate and securities law matters and transactions including public offerings of debt and equity securities, venture capital investments, public takeover bids, plans of arrangement, cross border acquisitions, related party transactions and private acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Beeby obtained an LL.B. (Hons.) from Warwick University (England) in 1992 and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1996. Mr. Beeby was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1997. He is a member of the Securities and Business Law Subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.
