Take Over Bid and Reactivation
In September 2010 we acted for a private group of investors in respect of the take over of Attwell Capital Inc. Under the take over bid, the investors acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Attwell at $0.03 per share.
Attwell subsequently completed a $1 million private placement financing and negotiated an option to acquire an interest in the Eva Kitto properties in Thunder Bay, Ontario from Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp. and International Bethlehem Mining Corp.
We are currently representing Attwell in its application to have trading in its common shares reactivated on the TSX Venture Exchange.
