We represented Churchill 10 Real Estate Limited Partnership and Churchill 10 Debenture Corp. in connection with an initial public offering of units at a price of $1,250 per unit. Each unit consisted of one limited partnership unit at a price of $250 per limited partnership unit and one Series A Debenture with a principal amount of $1,000. The financing was offering on a best efforts basis by a syndicate led by Dundee Securities Corporation. The offering raised gross proceeds of $26,513,750 with the final closing on June 30, 2010. Churchill 10 is engaged in identifying income-producing investment properties in the real estate market across Canada. It has been established for the purpose of owning and operating a diversified portfolio of quality income-producing commercial, industrial and/or residential properties in strong growth markets across Canada.
