We represented Business Development Bank of Canada in the final closing of Chrysalix Energy III U.S. Limited Partnership (CELP III) on March 31, 2010. The Fund is organized as a Delaware limited partnership and is focused on early-stage clean energy technologies. The sponsor, Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital is based in Vancouver and has approximately $300M in assets under management from CELP III and earlier funds.
