In April 2010, we represented Rare Element Resources Ltd. in its short form prospectus offering. The offering raised gross proceeds of $8.8 million and was led by Pope Securities and Jacob Securities out of Toronto. Rare Element will use the proceeds for continued exploration of its Bear Lodge rare earths deposit in Wyoming.
