Short Form Prospectus Offering
In November and December of 2010, we acted for Rare Element Resources in connection with its Short Form Prospectus offering of common shares to raise over $50 million. The syndicate of agents for the offering was co-led by Bryon Securities Ltd. and GMP Securities Ltd. Rare Element will use the proceeds of the offering to complete a pre-feasibility study on its Bear Lodge rare earths deposit in Wyoming.
