The firm represented British Columbia Investment Management Corporation in connection with its US$40 million investment in Wellspring Capital Partners V, L.P. (“Wellspring V”). Wellspring V is a limited partnership formed under the laws of Delaware which will have a maximum of US$1.75 billion in capital commitments, and will focus on equity and equity-related investments in the United States and Canada.
