In May 2010, we represented Byron Securities in connection with a flow through share offering by Yukon Nevada Gold, a TSX listed company. The offering, led by Byron, raised gross proceeds of approximately $10 million, which will be used by Yukon Nevada Gold to advance its exploration properties in the Yukon.
